I’m an Italian mixed raced woman, Italian-black African.
I’m 33 and I was born and raised in Firenze province.
I’m the second out of 5 siblings with which I’m very close, in fact they all contributed in the making of this blog❤️.
I’m straightforward but respectful, I seek conversation instead of confrontations. I take care of myself which I learned a long time ago, is the only way to go. They tell you even in the plane, -PUT YOUR MASK ON, BEFORE HELPING THE CHILD- that translates into take care of yourself before helping others.
My motto says “I said what I said, what YOU hear is out of my control and I would appreciate if you could keep this in mind while you go through this . I have been through many changes in life that made me who I am today and it almost feels like life has been working me up to get slapped in the face by MS! 😅
I was starting the last 2 years of study necessary to become a counsellor (therapist🧠), beside having just scored a job in a College, when I received the news. Since then everything have been falling apart, or re-arranging, whatever sounds better for you.
I had to stop everything and take a step back.
Now, I’m constantly studying yes, but myself, to sort out my limits and “adjust” to them, because that’s how it is now.
