There are a lot of words that can sound confusing in here,

therefore,

I decided to dedicate a section to explaining them.

Look at me wikipidiing this shit!

LEGENDA

 Medical terms

  • Life long treatments, intend to slow the progress of the disease and reduce the number of relapses

  • Stem cells, are “mimic-blank” cells.

Basically they are those cells that can become any type of cells the body needs.

We all have them, just they are snoring.😅

  • Procedure that involves harvesting of the stem cells for the bone marrow, neutralize the immune system and re-implant the stem cells to reboot it.

 Symptoms

  • Have woken up drunk after a WHOLE night of parting? Or are you a heavy sleeper and you take your time shaking the sleep of?

That’s what I mean for mind fog, it actually feels like you are walking your mind in search for info and all you can find is yourself lost. Like in a fog

  • It’s like the fog on the window, when you can draw pictures.

Just is not on the lens of glass is on the eye.

    Eventually it goes away.

  • If you ever worked out very hard or done any other extreme activities, you know how your legs feel at the end.

That is how it feel, the legs don’t feel strong and powerful, but more like they could collapse any minute.

Yes, is as horrible as it sounds.

  • Is exactly what it sounds like, with the exception that I don’t need to be doing anything to get fatigue.

It’s literally like someone turn off a switch and I feel exhausted and need to go back to bed.

  • Balance problems are a pain especially when I try to walk normally, I usually tend to hold on to something.

Vertigo feels like when you are drunk and the room is spinning.

    CONSTANTLY.

Taping an eye might help, or tablets. I had it only once fourtunaly.

  • It is what is sounds like. A super bear hug that cuts off your breathing.

Lasts seconds eh, or at least does in my case!😅🤷🏽‍♀️

OTHERS WORD THAT NEED EXPLAINING

.

  • When the medical professionals decide that you are unable to take care of yourself or are a danger to others, they took your rights away and put you in the psych ward. There are many sections and I was under section 2 which it’s said to go from 2 days up to 28 on paper. In reality they aim to keep you there as long as they can or just don’t care about it, I haven’t figured that out yet.

  • A structure that it supposed to offer help and safety for people dealing with struggles affecting their mental health. Almost everybody that is in there as been put there and very few are voluntary patients. They offer you pills and suggest you go to sleep. No 1 to 1 therapy is offered and no clear instructions on you rights or the functioning of the structure are provided either.
